Marty originally graduated from OSU in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management but decided to make a career change in 2000, to pursue his true calling as a criminal defense attorney. He went on to receive a Juris Doctorate at TU Law in 2002 — the highest level of education an attorney can receive. He started his career in Tulsa, OK and is now focused on cases in Washington, Nowata, Osage and Rogers counties. He has even taken on the role of a public defender in Osage and Pawnee counties.
